FRONT OF HOUSE POSITIONS – including Management / Supervisor & Waiting staff
We are looking for an energetic, dedicated and experienced supervisor who is passionate about providing great customer service, to be a part of our Front of House team.
Skills & requirements
- Managing a smooth service in conjunction with the kitchen while in charge/part of a team.
- Leading by example, maintaining a friendly, positive personality, passionate about customer service.
- Lead and work as part of a team as well as use initiative.
- Strive to always improve customer journey
- Barista training – preferable
- 1 year experience at the relevant level – preferable.
Days will vary from daily cafe/restaurant trade to events, including weddings and set menus. We are a small team who are all proud of what we do. We work hard to give exceptional customer service to each customer. Working as a team is vital.

KITCHEN – including CPD, Sous Chefs & KP
We firmly believe in the outstanding produce that Cornwall has to offer, and this reflects in our menu with local suppliers at the forefront. We have exciting plans for our menus. So, if you’re a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie or Commis Chef with big ideas, enthusiasm and a big passion for food we would love to hear from you!
Skills & requirements
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Assisting with the management of H&S and food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Preparing fresh fish and meat to the required standards
- Competent in preparing and cooking the best local produce from scratch
- To follow direction and be an awesome team player
